Tal Haring, 1986, is an Israeli independent young filmmaker and new-media artist with a BA in Film Directing from the Tel Aviv University Film & TV Department. Tal’s enthusiasm for the art has led him to rely mostly on on-hands experience and make over 10 short films during his studies, focusing mostly on characters whose mentality is deeply affected by the places they live in and the society around them. Tal’s passion lays in finding the balance between a plot-driven story and a stream of consciousness type of story while constantly looking for new ways to express his character’s state of being.
Tal is currently working on his debut feature film Kids & Kings which is being produced by Gaudeamus Productions. Trying to take the indie route all his life, Tal is currently producing the film with a mini-micro budget gathered from his university and other small investors.
